The Outer Banks Sports Club is dedicated to serving our community and providing superior customer service. Members of our club are like family and we welcome everyone, including OBX visitors who come in for a day, week or season.

Our mission is to help our members achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Whether your goals are to lose weight, get stronger, increase speed and agility, or simply to improve your overall physical and mental health – the Outer Banks Sports Club is the gym for you.

Keeping these goals in mind, we offer the largest and best selection of fitness equipment – suitable for beginners through top notch athletes. 5:30 pm-6:30 pm

PiYo

PiYo incorporates dynamic, flowing, exercise sequences that combine core endurance, bodyweight resistance training with flexibility to enhance agility, balance, and strength for an overall functional workout for all levels of fitness. This class fuses Pilates mat exercises with traditional Yoga poses to provide full body conditioning.

5:30 pm-6:30 pm

#toned

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will enhance athletic capacity and fat burning with bursts of high energy exercise followed by active recovery to improve endurance and build strength. Class may include cardiovascular and strength exercises.

10:30 am-11:30 am

Silver Fitness

This class is designed for older adults and is mostly performed in a chair, although some standing exercises may be incorporated. Tubing and other equipment may be used to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

9:30 am-10:30 am

AM:Muscle Up

This strength workout is designed to condition the entire body using resistance exercises to develop muscular strength. Weights, balls, and more may be used during this multi-level class.

6:00 am-7:00 am

Early Rise Spin Class

This cardiovascular workout is performed on a stationary bicycle, focusing on proper body alignment and proper cycling techniques. Please bring a water bottle and a towel to class. All cycling classes can be modified to be multi-level.

9:30 am-10:30 am

Spin Class

This cardiovascular workout is performed on a stationary bicycle, focusing on proper body alignment and proper cycling techniques. Please bring a water bottle and a towel to class. All cycling classes can be modified to be multi-level.

8:15 am-9:15 am

Chisel

Our renowned body sculpting class will make you feel like a prominent sculptor as you shape, tone and define your body in such a way that others will suspect you've had work done. Hand weights, body bars, and other props will be the tools of your trade.

5:30 pm-6:30 pm

Muscle Up

This strength workout is designed to condition the entire body using resistance exercises to develop muscular strength. Weights, balls, and more may be used during this multi-level class.

8:15 am-9:15 am

Yoga

Concentrate on improving balance, flexibility, relaxation and breathing techniques. This is a great way to learn how to manage and relieve stress. Tuesday's are more of a flow class - multi-level flow. Thursday's are gentle with a focus on deep stretching. We also offer Interval Yoga on whatever Tuesday class falls around the 15th.

7:10 am-8:00 am

Jump Start

Jump Start is the perfect class to get your morning started. This is an interval training class with a mix of weight lifting and cardiovascular workouts. there is always something new happening in this class so that your body gets a great new workout! This class is good for any age and is a multi-level class.
