Jump Start is the perfect class to get your morning started. This is an interval training class with a mixture of weight lifting and cardiovascular workouts. There is always something new happening in this class so that your body gets a great new workout! This is good for any age and is a multi-level class.
Our renowned body sculpting class will make you feel like a prominent sculptor as you shape, tone and define your body in such a way that others will suspect you’ve had work done. Hand weights, body bars, and the usual props will be the tools of your trade.
This cardiovascular workout is performed on a stationary bicycle, focusing on proper body alignment and proper cycling techniques. Please bring a water bottle and a towel to class. All cycling classes can be modified to be multi-level.
