This cardiovascular workout is performed on a stationary bicycle, focusing on proper body alignment and proper cycling techniques. Please bring a water bottle and a towel to class. All cycling classes can be modified to be multi-level.
Operation Endure is a 4 week boot camp that focuses on the whole package: Relative strength, power, stamina and speed. In this high-intensity circuit training, time is your adversary, making the spectrum suitable from beginners to advanced. In the gym or outdoors, we utilize both traditional and non-traditional equipment. From dumb bells to sandbags, barbells to buckets, and various forms of cardio, you will always find a challenge to overcome. Beginning and ending with a fitness standard test, you will have the ability to measure and compare your progress. You will learn new exercises, proper techniques, and a sense of accomplishment every session. Operation Endure: All it takes, is all you got.
