KB Strong

This is a 60 min class focusing on dynamic, compound, whole body movements to develop functional strength and power, improve flexibility, coordination and stamina, cardio-vascular system, as well as body composition. Incorporating the principals of circuit and high-intensity interval training this class uses kettlebells, weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, and body-weight exercises to get your heart rate up and body sweating. Multi-level class.
