Yoga

Concentrate on improving balance, flexibility, relaxation and breathing techniques. This is a great way to learn how to manage and relieve stress. Tuesday’s are more of a flow class – multi-level flow. Thursday’s are gentle with a focus on deep stretching. We also offer Interval Yoga on whatever Tuesday class falls around the 15th. This is a multi-level class.
